1) Review & Select the Classes you would like to register for here.
2) Complete the simple form below.
3) Submit your payment (cash, check or credit card).

*Former students get 10% off a class! To receive more great savings, tell your friends to enroll in a class! You'll earn a $10 credit for the first referral, and $5 for each additional referral!! (limit of 5).

  • Instructions will be provided on next page for submitting payment.
  • Monthly Payment Plan is available for Cash or Check payments only.
  • Check or cash must be received 1 week in advance of Class Start Date, unless using the Payment Plan.

*MPP:

  • The MPP is only for check or cash. NO CREDIT CARDS.
  • A $10 payment fee and 1/3 of the cost is due with registration.
  • The final payments are due Oct. 1st and Nov. 1st
